If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, you must contact BSI within 30-days of your purchase date and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). (Returns will not be allowed for any COLDFLEX products) For all other products, No Refunds or Exchanges will be allowed after 30-days from the date printed on the sales invoice.

SIZE EXCHANGE:
It is absolutely critical that you have a custom fit with FLEXTEND®.  We would be happy to exchange sizes if necessary. (A $5.00 Shipping and Handling Fee will apply.)  IMPORTANT: WHEN EXCHANGING FLEXTEND® Glove(s), ship the glove(s) ONLY and keep ALL other parts and accessories.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All customers MUST call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to return or exchange any item within 30-days from the date printed on the sales invoice.

If you ship the item(s) to BSI without a Return Authorization Number (RA#), a 25% Restock Fee will incur due to the extra time involved in processing the return / exchange. A 25% Restock Fee will also incur if the Item(s) are returned crumpled, twisted, scratched or dirty, as this will not be accepted. Please return the items packaged exactly as you received them.  Be sure item(s) are placed carefully in the product box and/or plastic bag as they were received.
