| My wrist and 1st three fingers hurt & go numb. Could this be CTS? |

Yes, you may be experiencing the symptoms of CTS. The symptoms that you describe sound like the so-called "classic Case" of CTS. CTS can be eliminated by performing the proper ratio of strengthening and stretching exercises.
Note: Make sure that you always consult your doctor to make sure that the symptoms you are experiencing are those of CTS and not something more serious.
